Information you choose to share
If you submit a health check, call-back request, careers application, or contact form, the details you enter are sent to and stored in our website database so our authorised administrators can respond. Careers CVs are stored in a private location outside the public website. We keep these details only as needed to handle your enquiry or application and meet our obligations.
If you contact us by email, we may use the information in it to respond to your enquiry, consider an application, or communicate with you about your request.
Optional website analytics
If you choose “Allow analytics”, we collect anonymous page views and active time spent on public pages to understand website use. Analytics uses a randomly generated, tab-only identifier; it does not store your name, email, full IP address, or referring URL. You can choose “No thanks” or later change your choice with the “Privacy settings” button. Analytics records are deleted after 90 days.
We do not send visitor IP addresses to a geolocation service. Approximate country or region is recorded only when our hosting provider supplies it through a proxy we explicitly trust; location may be unavailable or imprecise, especially on local development servers.
Information collected by service providers
Some pages may load third-party services, such as Google Fonts or an embedded map. Those providers may receive technical information, such as your device or connection details, when your browser requests their content. Their own privacy notices and terms apply to those services.
Cookies and storage
Your analytics choice is saved in browser local storage. If you allow analytics, a random identifier is kept in session storage for the current browser tab. These are first-party browser storage values; analytics does not require an analytics cookie. Some pages may also load third-party services such as Google Fonts or an embedded map; their own privacy notices and terms apply.
